Some 39 teams of 3 players each, took part in this years 3 Ball Bowmaker Open in very typical English spring weather conditions. The early birds were treated to blue skies and no wind whilst the last 8 teams faced strong winds, driving rain and even some flooded greens for the last 3 teams.
The event was made a huge success by the many volunteers we had working on the reception desk, the ‘starting grid’, in the half way house and spotting on the 10th tee throughout the day, as well as our Pro Shop team and Bar/Catering staff. No names needed ………but we all know who they are so many thanks to you all.
