BBC's Race Around the World Winners at Wells Golf Club!

We will be hosting An Evening with Cathie & Tricia, the inspirational winners of Race Across the World Series 3, for what promises to be a relaxed, entertaining and uplifting night.

Cathie and Tricia will be sharing their funniest moments, toughest challenges and behind the scenes stories from the race that never made it onto television, offering a fascinating insight into one of the UK’s most popular travel programmes.

The evening is being organised by Wells based independent travel agents Amanda & Peter from GoCruise & Travel, who are bringing this event to our club.

All ticket proceeds will be donated to Heads Up Somerset, a wonderful local charity supporting people affected by brain injury and mental health challenges across the county.

Refreshments will be available on the night, along with the opportunity to chat informally with travel experts from leading cruise and holiday brands, providing plenty of inspiration for future travel plans in 2026 and beyond.
